Giveaway Terms

These terms apply to XYZ Events Instagram giveaways promoted by @xyzevents.uk, unless alternative terms are clearly stated in the relevant promotional post or caption. By entering, entrants agree to the terms below.

1. Promoter

The promoter is XYZ Events. For questions about this giveaway, contact info@xyzevents.uk.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.
• Entrants must be able to attend an eligible UK club event.
• Only genuine entries will be accepted. Fake, spam, duplicate or automated accounts may be removed from the draw.

3. How to enter

To enter, entrants must follow the instructions shown on the official XYZ Events giveaway post on Instagram. This may include following @xyzevents.uk, liking the giveaway post, tagging friends, reposting the post and/or sharing it to their Instagram story.

Entries must be received before the closing time and date stated in the Instagram giveaway post or caption. No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a capped prize package based on the selected artist(s), event type and prize details shown in the relevant Instagram giveaway post or caption.

The prize package will consist of:

• Two standard admission tickets to one mutually agreed eligible UK club event featuring the selected artist(s) referenced in the relevant Instagram giveaway post, capped at the ticket value stated in that post or caption.
• A fixed travel contribution, capped at the amount stated in the relevant Instagram giveaway post or caption.
• A fixed drinks contribution, capped at the amount stated in the relevant Instagram giveaway post or caption.

The maximum total prize value will be the combined capped value stated in the relevant Instagram giveaway post or caption. Where no alternative value is stated, the standard cap is £110.

5. Prize exclusions

• Festivals are excluded.
• Multi-day events, camping events, VIP packages, hospitality upgrades and premium ticket options are excluded.
• Travel, drinks, accommodation or any other costs above the stated capped contributions are not included.
• The prize is subject to ticket availability, selected artist/event availability and promoter approval.

6. Winner selection and contact

The winner will be selected from eligible entries after the competition closes. XYZ Events may check that the selected winner has completed the required entry steps before confirming the prize.

The winner will be contacted by the official @xyzevents.uk Instagram account. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, XYZ Events may redraw the prize.

7. Event selection

The winner may suggest an eligible UK club event featuring the selected artist(s) referenced in the relevant Instagram giveaway post. The final event must be mutually agreed with XYZ Events and must fall within the ticket cap and exclusions listed above.

8. No cash alternative

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. XYZ Events may offer a suitable alternative if the original prize cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

9. Publicity

By entering, entrants understand that XYZ Events may announce the winner’s Instagram handle publicly. No personal information beyond what is necessary to administer the competition will be shared publicly.

10. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from responsibility in relation to this giveaway.

11. Changes or cancellation

XYZ Events reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its control affect the proper running of the competition.

12. Privacy

Information provided by entrants will only be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange fulfilment of the prize. For general enquiries, contact info@xyzevents.uk.

These terms are intended as a reusable framework for XYZ Events competitions and giveaways. The relevant Instagram post or caption will confirm the selected artist(s), prize cap, closing date and any giveaway-specific details.
